Planned meals for weight loss are always recommended rather than taking whatever is in front of dinning table or fridge. The meals planned and written down in chart and pastes on the wall of kitchen or hanging on the door of the fridge will always make you remember that you are on the path of wait loss and it is necessary to go in a right direction.
A weight loss meal plan should consist of good quality food items. It should not contain fatty acids of any kind. Especially for weight loss it should be strictly followed that you contains minimum percentage of oily food, deep fried, ice creams, or chocolates, butter and creams of any kind should be avoided at least for few days till there is some sort of visible weight loss. The proper meal should contain one fruit and lots of vegetables, sprouts, yogurt and eggs.
For the weight loss meal plan you must prepare a weight loss program. Start with boiled cup of vegetables like carrots, peas and broccolis sprinkled with only black pepper powder and salt and avoid garnishing it with butter grated cheese and an egg followed by an apple or any fruit that you like.
Chopped cucumber, berries and lettuce mixed well with table spoon of olive oil and lemon juice can make a hearty meal for you. This is not only tasty but very healthy.
Boil cup red kidney beans smash it and add some salt and pepper add boiled egg cut in to pieces and eat this by making a sandwich out of this stuff it fills the stomach and not ask for extra food. Make sure this is followed by a fruit of your liking. This helps in proper digestion of the food
While on diet of weight losing there is tendency to spoil the health if proper nutrients, vitamins, proteins are not provided to the body. There is a chance of skin losing its essential oils and look dull and pale. So be cautious while selecting the food types for losing weight is very much needed.
To take care of skin hair and eyes take the foods which contains vitamin e in it. To take care of it you can prepare meals using tomatoes and pastas, or any home made oil free tomato products with spaghettis will do. Boil a bunch of chopped spinach , cook spaghettis separately now and chopped raw tomato to the mixture boiled spinach spaghettis sprinkled with black pepper powder with a glass of carrot juice.
Then the nuts like peanuts, pine nuts are also rich in vitamin e., ground them in to pieces but not powder sprinkle on the boiled beans add tomato purie before sprinkling add chopped onions and cucumber take it as your meal which all are fatless and help in fast reducing the weight. Weight loss meal plan is effective for all male and female who have gained weight due to oily food or other reason.
Adding anything that is oil free for the meal of non-veg like boiled chicken pieces and meat pieces will help reducing weight
